Our Intro Course consists of 5 x 1 hour sessions which are scheduled in normal class times, outside of weightlifting classes.
The course covers the fundamentals, including correct warm-up routines and mobility work, form and safety.
We cover nutrition and diet, realistic goal setting and expectations.
