We take you through a workout which is scaled to your individual ability, so you don't need to be fit to try.

We have various membership options available.

There are no minimum period contracts.

 Once you have signed up as a member we require one month’s notice with payment to terminate.

10% off for students and couples.

Once off R250 admin fee on all memberships on sign up.

DO YOUR

INTRO COURSE

Our Intro Course consists of 5 x 1 hour sessions which are scheduled in normal class times, outside of weightlifting classes.

 

The course covers the fundamentals, including correct warm-up routines and mobility work, form and safety.

 

We cover nutrition and diet, realistic goal setting and expectations.

JOIN THE GROUP CLASSES

 

You will need to attend all 5 intro course sessions before you progress to the regular classes.

Your workouts will be scaled to your capacity and we make sure you are always moving well and know whats going on.
